1. Prohibited Content
- Illegal Content: Any artwork that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Promotion of violence or harm against individuals or groups.
- Distribution or depiction of explicit sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
- Encouragement of hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Use or distribution of copyrighted materials without proper authorization or fair use exemption.
- Offensive or Harmful Content: Artwork that is excessively violent, sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise offensive, as determined by Lumenals in its sole discretion.
- Misleading or Fraudulent Content: Artwork designed to deceive or defraud users, including fake or counterfeit items.
- Harmful or Dangerous Content: Art that promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
2. User Guidelines
- Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when creating or sharing art on Lumenals.
- Users must respect the rights and privacy of others and refrain from posting content that invades personal privacy or infringes upon intellectual property rights.
- Users should report any art that violates this policy using the appropriate reporting tools provided by Lumenals.
3. Enforcement
Lumenals and Lockbox LLC reserves the right to remove, block, or take other appropriate action against any user account that violates this content policy. Accounts found to repeatedly violate this policy may be subject to suspension or permanent removal from the platform. Lumenals and Lockbox LLC may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with legal requests related to the investigation of illegal activities or content.
4. Reporting and Appeals
- Users can report suspected violations of this policy by contacting Lumenal's support team or using the designated reporting email at support@lumenals.com.
- Users whose content has been removed or accounts have been suspended cannot contact to appeal, all decisions are final.
By using Lumenals, users agree to abide by this content policy and understand that failure to do so may result in account restrictions or removal.
